ORDERS: Only order over € 500 are accepted, excluding packaging charges. Paymernts should be done within the stated terms.

FORWARDING: Goods are sold ex-work, exceptions may be allowed but should be agreeed in advance. Goods are forwarded on buyer's risk and the packaging is charged. Any claim should arrive not later than 8 days after goods delivery. Any return should be previously authorized by our company.

COMPETENT AUTHORITY: For any arising dispute, the competent authority will be the Court of Borgomanero (Novara), Italy.
